Depends tbh. If it doesn't affect me in any way, I don't really care. Dupes and botting tend to affect the economy and grinding spots so that's an issue especially in Ragnarok and Maplestory. Godmode, aimbot, etc... are an issue in games with PvP. Actually, almost every cheats/hacks have some way that directly or indirectly affects non-hackers in some form in MMORPGs, especially if there is PvP involved.

Some games that does not have PvP, I don't have any issues with cheaters. I never had any problems with room based games such Lunia Online, Dungeon Defenders, or Path of Exile because I just played solo with minimal trading. Even with trading, I found prices fair that I could afford.

Then there is Dark Souls. The invaders with the godmode were annoying but those were a rare find. It's mainly a single player game anyways and if you wanna hack in a primarily single player game, go for it. Just stay in your game only.

I used a savegen Borderlands to give/modify my weapons. It's a single player game with OPTIONAL coop which I only played with my real life friend. Same for PokeGen with Pokemon. Keep in mind majority of Borderlands and Pokemon players are casual players that doesn't use online features. People on forums were giving other users crap for cheating in a single player game that has absolutely ZERO effects on their game. I thought such a reasoning is BS.
