Fortnite Season 6 is now little over a week away from launching, especially now that we're into the final week of Season 5 of Battle Royale. Here's a complete information on the upcoming seasonal event, including the projected Fortnite Season 6 launch date, and all the Fortnite Season 6 leaks there have been so far, which have included a list of potential Fortnite Season 6 skins.

Fortnite Season 6 Launch Date
As we all know that Fortnite Season 6 isn't too far away from launching, and this is based on previous Battle Royale seasons. At the time of writing, there's merely a single weeks worth of challenges left to go in Fortnite Season 5, and the final week for the current seasonal event should be launching on September 14.

Could the big purple cube have something to do with Fortnite Season 6?

As for when Fortnite Season 6 could potentially be launching, September 21 sounds like a reasonable guess, based on past trends. Previously, Fortnite seasons have always launched one after the other, never taking a break between seasons. Therefore, if the final week of Fortnite Season 5 begins on September 14, it's reasonable to assume that Fortnite Season 6 will begin the next Friday, on September 21.

Fortnite Season 6 Battle Pass
As always, when Fortnite Season 6 launches, there'll be a brand new Battle Pass available for purchase. You only need purchase the Battle Pass once per season, which will then allow you to increase your reward tier rank to unlock cosmetic items for use when playing, such as new character skins and new emotes.

If past trends are anything to go by, then the basic Fortnite Season 6 Battle Pass should cost 950 V-Bucks to unlock. For the uninitiated, V-Bucks are the microtransaction currency used in Fortnite, and 1,000 V-Bucks equated to $9.99. But, if you're willing to shell out a few extra bucks for the upgraded version of the Season 6 Battle Pass, you'll be able to earn a few extra reward tiers in the process, giving you a head start on earning new cosmetic items.

Fortnite Season 6 Skins
On September 6, there was a massive data mine for Fortnite skins, any or all of which could be arrinv as part of Season 6. Check out the screen just below, which showcases a number of new skins:

Also revealed in the data mine was a number of brand new Gliders for Fortnite. Again, we're not sure when these Gliders could become available, but it's not unreasonable to suspect that they could be rewards for part of the Fortnite Season 6 Battle Pass.
