well it's an interesting question bud. i suppose there are a few factors involved pal. how many catgirls are there friend? where are they primarily located in the world amigo? are their intellectual capabilities that of cats or that of girls chum? have they always existed or did they all suddenly pop up overnight partner? if it's the latter well boy howdy we got an international crisis of politics and morality on our hands that is completely unprecedented in written history don't we mate?

It depends. If they had the intelligence of a cat, I would take care of one like a pet, and take her out for walks n stuff. I would have to train her to use the toilet because cleaning human size crap from kitty liter would not be good
