Default "Winds of Change" Seeks to Smash the Stigmas of the Furry Fandom

    Winds of Change news.jpg

Winds of Change is an upcoming 2D action game that seeks to smash the stigmas that come with the furry community. It will blend 2D adventure elements with open-world RPGs, point-and-click adventures, as well as visual novels to create something unique.
The video and news is here.

I'm not a furry, but a lot of my friends are. Live and let live, I say. But there are always people in a fandom that create negative stigmas and views of a community. Maybe this will be a step in the right direction for the furry community.

Yes, and not the "Trimming their fur" kind of grooming.

But let's get away from that topic and move it back to the game, which looks far more innocent and fine.

That's actually some of the worst stuff going on in furrydom, and why it also gets such a bad name. There's a nasty underside that's there to prey on folks, but they're the ones that have gotten the most attention in the past decade, giving people a much different impression of what being a furry means.

As one furry put it in a private community: "we had no port in a storm but the red light district they built for us." A district that was full of porn written for, and about, 13-16 year olds, by men who were 40+.

I'm actually going to be reviewing Winds of Change, so I'm likely to touch on this in more detail in that article.

Yeah that sounds about in line with what I've heard too, that no port in a storm line though, damn. I knew but that really does draw the picture properly.
