I'm undecided on that one. I mean they should have their right. But its kind of wronge. I'm not saying being gay is wronge I just don't agree with it. Its my personal opioion.

Yes I think it should be legal. Gay people have just as many rights as straight people and even in Ancient Greece many men were openly gay and only kept wives for children. The government shouldn't be able to say who can marry and who can't as long as it's not some 27 year old marrying a 8 year old.

Gay marriage isn't in the jurisdiction of the federal government, so it's pointless to argue as to whether it should be legal in the United States or not.
It's up to each individual state to decide if it's legal. If Congress forced every state to make gay marriage legal, it would split the country in half, and we'd likely get something like this:
I'm all for gay marriage being legal nationwide (I trust state governments except for the Governator would make the right decisions to reflect their constituents), but the nation would then explode afterwards. Angry stereotypical rednecks would pick up their guns and attempt to reinstate the Alabama literacy test. D:

But I must ask you, how did you come to the conclusion that we are meant to have sex with the oposite sex? Maybe some people where meant to be homosexual to help slow down population. (ah bet none of you ever thought of that, not that it's my belief.) I really suggest you take a class called Human Sexuality, it would be something good for you to learn. Yes, it should be legalized.
Unlike smoking, alcohol, and other such legal things, being gay isn't unhealthy, and if anything the relationships probably are more successfull. A guy knows what a guy wants, and therefore less fights and the chance of a longer relationship.

I don't think marriage should be looked so much as a religious thing. I'm quite sure that some people that get married aren't even religious. I believe that marriage has become more social than religious, and for that purpose I believe that there should be homosexual marriages.

I wouldnt want gay marriages, Marriage is union between male and female. They should call a union between man and man something else. Like, Union or something.
