The pople that say that video games influenced them (like that incedent where a kid killed his gradpartents, saying that he was influenced from gta sa) just say that to get out of trouble. Besides, if video games do influence kids, then oviously, those kids are ******ed and shouldn't be playing them in the first place.

Its not the games that are to blame, Its the way your raise your kids. The only way a Video game can influence you is if you have bad parents (no offence) if they didn’t teach you that killing, and violence is wrong, then yes it will affect your mind a little. It will show you what you CAN do and maybe... maybe you will try something. But Video games are entertainment... I think violent games help people, if you had a bad day, you can go on GTA and burn people and kill them all to hell... bad day, go blow some heads off on Doom, horrible day, go fringing own people on halo, followed by owning zombies on Dead rising. Video games help more than they kill. I think there have probably been 20 deaths in the past which video games are to blame. But that’s just because people are stupid, or what I said earlier , have bad parents.
without violence in video games i think we would all go crazy in our socity today, and there would be alot more caualtys

I play tonnes of games (GTA, Tekken, Black, BF2, BF1942, almost all violent games you can think of) and i've turned out really apathetic.

Some kids, like the 7th grade kid today in gym have anger management problems. It was hilarious because he almost hit my friend for screaming "Butterfingers" at them. Pretty funny. He might be the angry type for violent video games.
Me. I go "awww that sucks" when I get killed. And then go "ohs well" and keep playing. And I did not do anything violent, so it did not effect me.
