Reputation: 10No soda, drink lots of water, and walk/run for 30 minutes a day. Dieting usually isn't a good idea, just try to be more active.
get buff 50push ups and 50 sit ups and pump some iron
In my opinion aslong as your life isn't in danger you should eat what ever when ever. The only bad thing about being fat is you can't run for shit.
Eat well and excersize.
Just don't drink soda, drink water. Do push ups and sit-ups, jog, play outside more. Don't eat anything between meals but fruit unless you're truly hungry. Meaning no chips and candy and w.e. That's what I'm doin and it's starting to pay off.
