I never said i wouldnt, but i think i shall go as Kiba this year, but i cant find the hoody like his....
The holiday was around long before 1990. Just because you grew up in that time and have overgrown it doesn't mean it's just suddenly getting old. I'm like you though, it's lost most of it's appeal for me, but at least you get to go to some interesting parties.
It's teh same for me, I'm growing up and I don't really feel like going out anymore. I mean I still kinda do, but it's just probably going to snow and freeze the crap out of me so I've decided if IT snows I'll stay inside and hand out candy to the kiddies, and if it's nice out I'll put on a witch hat and clock and get some candy.
I heard someone say that it's actually healthy for people to go trick or treating till age 18. I don't know how this works though I mean all teh candy...
Reputation: 177What's not to like about girls dressing as angels? Most of the girls at my school ALWAYS dress as angels......I love my life..........
the main reason i think that people are getting tired of halloween is because they are older. you never hear a younger kid whining about halloween because it is fun for them becuase they get to dress up and get free candy, which when your older might seem not as appeling or you have done it so many times you are tired of it.
When I was younger I had to miss Halloween every single year because I was sick. I'm 13 and I've probably celebrated Halloween 3 times (all those times I was sick but still went). I hate Halloween with a passion, I have since I was a wee youngling. Call it a rant but Halloween sucks >.>
Thanksgiving is awesome though along with Valentines Day because all the women over 30 that are single feel like crap and are watching reruns of Sex and the City.
the only reason why i think halloween gets overated in our point of view is that where just getting old and we have better stuff to do then celebrate halloween
