You heard me right. I was thinking of a game like Gunbound, but the GMs let you hack and edit the game files, but just to that extent. And, you could play without hacks, but you would suck worse than everyone else, so you were basically FORCED to hack. You couldn't edit the real game or anything, just yourself and stuff, and it only worked for Avatar ON. Avatar off was solely pure skill. Wouldn't that be awesome? I mean, hell, most of you would probably be like, What is the point. But taking SAFE hacking to a whole new level in bringing it into gaming with everyone.. That would be so kick*** for me. I mean, Newbies would learn simple hacking but learning to play the game at the same time. Obviously, the GMs would have to make it so that you couldn't edit the real game itself, and etc.. It might be very hard or impossible, but I'm sure it could be done in the near near future.
Edit: If they had like an area inside the game where you could edit stuff, so you wouldn't have to make any programs to make the hacks and stuff would be logical.
