    There will be a slight change in the way rep now works

    When a user hits 350 rep he will be given the power to give rep out to other users! WOOO
    When reading why most of you wanted to keep post counts, the excuse of it guages how valuable of a member he is, and if he can be trusted... blah

    Now with the change in reputation... Someone who has a rep of.. 350 is probably a member you can trust

    So until someone hits that mark, only staff can give out the rep right now! There will be other perks with gaining higher rep, I just havn't thought of them yet

    no ones going to get that much unless you give thouse out as much as you give warnings hahhahaha jk jk i got a warning for spamming? I tryed to lighten up the situation and yall give me a warning...(runs to his room and cries himself to sleep) haha i am kidding :P

    Na, I want to keep it high. This way if a member goes crazy and gives out rep left and right...

    Well if he worked hard for 350 rep, he probably wont waste it that easy...

    I mean no offense sandman but wont that take years? In my opinion if you made it so people with 500+ posts could give it out lets say.. once a day or something then more often as they get more rep that would be better in my opinon.

    Reputation is about quality... not quantity. So no... you will not got any rep for how many posts you have no matter what...

    And no it wont take years. Admins give out 10 rep and mods give out 1....

    Once we get users who can give rep things will go a lot smoother. It's just a matter of time.

    And there i thought posts counts would be converted to rep, or half post counts to rep.
