I read it and it looks like Sony was just being a ***** about it. All I can say to this is Sony batteries suck ass and now Wii and the xbox 360 wont have to worry about anything seeing as at this rate PS3 will die in the USA before it lived.

Sell electronics. It's not Lik-Sang's fault that European consumers ordered Asian PSPs. That's probably what they keep in stock regardless.

uhh, the problem isn't the fact that the courts found lik-sang guilty. The problems are:
1.) Lik sang never showed up, so of course they would be guilty, they didn't defend themselves.
2.) Sony sued them from every country in the EU. Not only is this corporate bullying, but Lik sang MIGHT have won in the uk high court if they weren't being sued from every other country also so they could defend themselves there. This was not justice, this was just Sony bleeding lik-sang dry.

Yeah. I can see what Sony's doing. They're trying to financially beef-up to take on Nintendo, and finish off Microsoft this year. For once in 10 years, Sony is starting to fear their japanese counterparts, and it shows.

Well, since Lik-sang never showed up, they cannot incur the legal fees and so Sony has to spend a lot of money on that. Sony are also in the process of being sued by Nintendo and Microsoft.

Umm if you read that correctly, they were given sales for Asian, not europe. Going over seas is some times illegal. I think it is a good think Sony is doing this. Helps me on eBay when PS3 comes out.

I really see no problem in what Sony did, If Lik-Sang broke the law, they can be sued.

Lik-Sang was overpriced anyways... I don't really care. I mean a 20 dollar UMD there I could get for 10 dollars elsewhere. There are plenty of other retailers out there anyways. One going down doesn't mean crap. Plus Lik-Sang never even went to court. They decided not to fight and just gave up and went out of buisness... They might have won, but we'll never know. It's their own fault.
Plus... Who cares... it's buisness... get off your cross, use the wood to build a bridge, and get over it!
