Eng patch/something for Neosteam?

Looking for an english patch or a translator of some sort for Neosteam[***]
Been playing for a while but dunno what to buy or do in quests.
Any could help me, even if it means telling me theres no such thing in existence[At least it saves me from wasting time on finding it]

Small problem with that, usually quests and all that are server side, usually the only thing you'll be able to translate client side is item names and descriptions and the UI (User-interface).

Check out some fansites and see if anyone put up some quest guides and maybe made a patch or Neosteam, doubt it though >_>
