I think that there is a fine line between joking and being mean. Try not to pass that line. Plus, warnings do not necessarily make a person bad, so don't judge others just because they have a warning.

The point of the warning was to show that the person has broken a rule. The people who recieve the warning would probably understand what they did wrong, and not do it again. You see a lot of people out there with warning, and not all of them are bad. They might have just gotten mad on one occasion, and let their anger out of someone else. Just because you get a warning does not mean that you're bad.
