maplestory 10x server?

finally got my kms account and i was wondering where i go to play on the server that has 10x drop and 10x exp or jsut the high ammount of exp rate, i hear it on some forums, maybe it was the test server tespia? or something, please any info on this server would be great =) i wanna play on it
