What's an NDA?

A 'NDA' is a Non-disclosure Agreement. Abiding by a Non-disclosure Agreement means you're not supposed to leak information or other types of media regarding the game unto the public, unless it is the creators themselves who do so, or their agreement policy states otherwise. It is not limited to but such agreements prohibit giving away accounts and/or beta keys.
