if its the second,nope, a few faces and a few haircuts,thats all
inside game u can get some more haircuts

if its the first,well, it seems like every char (4) has like 2-3 builds that can be playable.
still just 1 for each if u intend to get a build pvpwise

u can change ur hair to like 8 something hairstyles with 8 different colors. Also there are like 6 different faces and 3 different eye colors. But other than that no. The armor is bland the weapons are bland. and u might wanna play like fly ff is u want character customizzation.

thats allright customization for me. i just dont like it when all the noobs are the exact same cause u dont get to choose different face, hair, haircolor and skin color.
