uhm... spots in the white, the white isn't the right colour for a popout, the render is rough and it looks awkward...

Perfect, now all you have to do now is: Erase the two white specks where the white background used to be, before it was transparent. They used to be black, but now they are white. Then take the blur tool, and blur the edges of the hat, and the hand that is attached to the hat. Another suggestion would be, creating a new layer, filling wit with black, and setting it's mode to Overlay. Try it. If it looks shitty with the suggestion, no worries. Try messing with the opacity afterwards. Try adding a bit more contrast too. Or better yet, take your eyedropper, make the size 200 or lower (considering your render is small), pick a very light skin colour on the render, and change to the brush. Just start highlighting certain places. Just mess with it. Post your results. It'll look good, especially with all the edges that looked a bit choppy, blurred out. Peace man.

Look at my suggestions, and fix it up. Then I'll tell you. Right now.. it's about a 6/10. You can make it a 9/10 easily with those suggestions.

Blur a bit more on the hand and hat and stuff, then take your magic wand, delete the gray, and hit the delete key. Save as a .png. Hit okay. Look REALLY hard at it right now. See the edges? Ask yourself.. "How could I make it smoother"? Get on it dude!

You need to blur the hand some more, and try sharpen(new layer>image>apply image>filter>sharpen>sharpen) Did you try a pop-up tut?results=

You have to save your sig in file>save for web and put matte on none(default should be on nothing)
Text is kinda hard to read so try something that stands out more. Maybe white text and a black 1px outline

2nd result:you can see the text better when its pop up thats why i left it like that btw guys thanx for all the suggestions cuz i want a career in graphics designing and im only 14 so all this practice will really pay off
