    Default creepy stuff with my internet

    okay, so I'm downloading some program, just a little 1.5 megabyte guy, and I have about 200kps internet. I look down, and my download is finished in one second. the download speed says 2500kps, and the file works perfectly. this happens every few days, for a brief spurt of time. what's happening?

    Whats so creepy about it? Shouldn't you be happy?

    Maybe no one is dling the file so you may be the only one and the servers are clear so all attention focuses on you
