Since no one likes to answer questions Ill do it for you. If you look at the bottom of that page it tells you how the particular page is powered. In this case MKPortal. Just click the link and it will take you to the homepage and everything you need to know there.

Invision I believe is just a forum. It doesn't have the website-like qualities like the MKBoards can implement. You would probably have to develop a website and implement the invisionboards into the site manually.
Of course, you could always goto the Invision board forums, and ask this same question, and get a more informative answer from the people that use the software everyday, or close to every day.
