mods have power, and teh immature ones abuse that right, warn left and right, hold grudges... stupid things... and it leads to alot of perm bans. its that simple.

Cause people talk more about hairstyles and how youd want your death to be instead of games. I dont see why people need to ask why? If someone is looking for a MMORPG forum they come her and see that its not to active their gonna go somewhere else. Hell. You'll get flamed like hell for anything on the x-fire forums but at least its about gaming

I trust alot of people on the forums, because i have there msn :P, but fourms are about makeing friends, or "buddies" lol, its about talking to people, and this one is baced around mmorpgs, but that doesnt mean we are limited to talking about them. here we are family in many ways, and thats how we should treat each other... however, that is not presnet in this case... and i stay, because i do.

thats a problem. Most of you people are online all the time. You dont have real friends if your on that much. The people on these forums cant help you out when your depressed. They can talk over a AIM sure. But thats not enough. Thats not helping someone. You wait for him to type. A friend you can go to the movies with. You can hang out at his house all day. You can get a serious relationship with her. You can see him/her and it wont end with .jpg. You cant hug some these people. You cant touch them. And you cant even hear their voice. These are not friends. They are for people who dont get out and who cant make friends.

gabe goes alot 3 hours a day is way too much for the amount of respect he gets... but he has an oblogation. as i said, 12 hours of work(working with finaces) and 3 hours of onrpg, then the rest is for eat and sleep... yeah thats how busy his life is. dont ever think hes not doing enough, he pickes good mods, its just that they dont do there jobs rigth after they get the job.

It's people like you that killed these forums in the first place. People who believe they are SO right about something they've never even experienced and argue it to no end. My brother almost committed suicide over someone in real life, but one of his online friends convinced him not too. Is that not a friend to you? A friend doesn't just mean someone you can do things with physically, it means someone who is there for you through thick and thin.
And another thing, you say that people who have online friends are losers and that they stay inside all day, but I have online friends and I'm pretty active. You are ignorant in the ways you think, and you have lost respect in my eyes.
OnRPG was dying at a point even before this, but we made a comeback and we will do it again. Believe me, this isn't the worst OnRPG has had to suffer.
There are some points where I agree with you, and some I do not. Just because someone can't spell, doesn't mean that they're not smart or mature, but it makes people think differently of you than others who can spell. It's more of an involuntary reaction than it is choice, but some people just can't spell, or they take shortcuts because they're not all that great at spelling. It doesn't matter in any way, people will always put you down for it anyways...its not really how you spell, how you talk is immature. We've had many topics like this one. I'd really like it to stop. Onrpg will only die off if people continue to believe that it will. We are all part of this forum, and we should all contribute to it in order to help it out.
This forum is run by us, the members, not the moderators. As I've stated before, if we all left, the mods couldn't do anything about it. This forum isn't going to crumble unless you guys want it to. The reason that the forum isn't going very well is because of some of the members. You see lots of people fighting here and there. That's the only problem with this forum.
How do you expect the forum to flourish if all you do is sit there at your computer and complain about what's going on? Why can't you just let others say what they want to say and not talk back? It's the internet for Pete sakes! Stop holding grudges, and stop arguing with others.
This forum is only alive as long as the members are united. Now, it's really up to us to see just how long this forum can survive...
