I need a Picture Editer (Free)

YEa i wanted to if theres anything similar to PaintShop Pro BUT Free where you can edit pickx.. and a BUNCH of different ways like make things shine ect.. i had PaintShop ProXI something like that but it expired.. so yea if anybody has the site to where i can get one and the name of the program let me know thankx

yea gimp is really good but also honestly isnt as easy to use as photoshop, lately i been using this program called Pixel..its not free but its cheap and really nice..also one liscence entitles you to run it on every operating system and it supports like every OS in existance,
