Default Looking for volunteering developers for a concept(game) I thought of

    Hello dear onRPG Community,
I am looking for people, who want to raise up a project with me.
It's a concept I thought of a long while ago and that came alive within me when I played Gunster intensively. Simply put it's a game much like Gunster itself (I had the idea long before Gunster came out though) but still different. It has a lot more MMORPG feeling to it, much like MapleStory or DragonGem.
Basically it's a 2D Sidescroller with 3D MOBs (Mobile Objects). Based on the ressources (or at least kind of) of the Megaman Series (TM) with a character developing system of a classic MMORPG and the battle feel of gunster (with a better battling system though... stupid lags).
The server stress is being reduced by using the idea of instanced questing/grinding areas like in GuildWars and meeting others in towns/cities.

This is roughly a tiny sum-up of the idea. I have everything else in my head. Characters, how they look, what their specialities are, how the character development system looks in detail, how the story looks like, how mobs could look like and so on~...

What I need now are people who want to support me!
I myself can code in Visual Basic 6.0 and C++ if NEEDED ('cause it's a bloody long time ago I coded, I would need to learn it again) can make a website and just simply type the whole freaking concept, which would take up loads of pages (which I will do, if I can gather enough people). I'm able to speak English, German and Russian (if translation would be needed). And I know that you think I'm crazy .

    Basically I need:
    • People for the network-solution
    • (BLOODY good) Coders (yeah I know it isn't payed and stuff but hey.. what the heck =/... if it turns out great maybe we can sell the crap? xD) perhaps in C++ as it's the programming language with the best usage for games I guess
    • 2D-Model Designers/Drawers
    • 3D-Model Designers (good if there's talent for anime-styled mechas)
    • Mapdesigner
    • Interfacedesigner
    • Audio-Staff (Music, Sound Effects etc.)
    • Webmaster or Vice-Webmaster (I could take this job easily)
    • Projectstaff in General (Overlooking concept, organizing schedule, gathering people to help the project, be someone who has good endurance and the will to finish something)
That's everything that comes up to my mind right now. Ah yeah... we need
    • Fanboys and -gals,
too ^^. I accept german and english staff. The language used in development will be English.

If anyone of you guys shows interest in any of these positions... or if you have any comments on my concept or do want to hear more about it, more details, then just say it.

I am fully aware of the hardships that come with coding a game (and even a network-based game). It is very hard to do this the way I am thinking of finishing it and I don't need any comments as in: "Oh, you will never make it! This thread is senseless!" etc. I just want honest criticism and appeals for a staff-position.
The codename of the project up to now is
    "Mercenary"

Just so you know, you need good money for the following.

    - 2D-Model Designers/Drawers
    - 3D-Model Designers

If they're average it's a lot of money to be spending monthly, and if they're good it's even more, plus they get cocky and want you to pay more than what something is worth. I have a friend who's already succesfully made a game and they found artists selling $50 sketches, that's just an idea to the game.
