    Thumbs down Power Leveling Scam

I have been a WoW player for quite some time with a 60th level rogue and paladin, i gotta tired of the leveling bit and our guild needed a priest, so i hired *removed*.com to level me up a character from 1 to 60, they boasted the anything my character gets during leveling i get to keep, when i got back my character i very basic equitment, a bunch of useless drops, and not even a couple hundred gold, now i played my 2 previous character myself, and i have th general idea what my character should have, to make it worse, rogue and my paladin was stripped bare. when i complained i was called a scammer, and they refused to talk to me, and this dana whoever only knew the words im so sorry there is nothing i can do, i will try to get you a refund. a refund? are they crazy? a refnd will not cover the cost of retrieveng what those two characters owned, and even if i was given the money to buy the gold to buy stuff back i had some items that no body in his right mind would sell... its my stupid fault, trusting this gamepal whatever, u know guys, doing it the hard way is still best... happy gaming ... and go to hell gamepal

Hmm, welcome to the forums? O__o'

I wouldn't trust power leveling service anyway, but your story sounds fishy. Not to say you're "new" here too.

It sounds stupid though, but do you have any proof or any certification? I've heard many stories from people that most of the time these companies don't scam you.

Their argument against it is that they're paying for the effort and time. Lol, not sure if that is ok.

Why would you trust one of those sites at all? They are the people who ruin games with selling gold, items, and plvl services. Sorry for your loss, but you got what you paid for in more ways then one, in the end you learned a lesson, do it your self or prepare to be ripped off.

the whole point of this story, is WoW takes way too long to level, making people go to these sites to get scammed. it takes up to 5 months to hit 60 as a legit player who doesnt constantly beg his friends to help him. so remember kids, dont bother with WoW, its long, tedious, and boring.

Well, atleast they didn't steal the account from you, did you change your password after they "powerleveled" you? If not you should.

Actually I think the real moral of the story is: Don't trust any type of "we powerlevel characters!/OMG *ubar item* on sale for $$$$!!!!" sites

WoW needs that 10x exp thing from tantra.. then part time gamers might give it a second though. and people wouldnt use these rediculous plvl sites like ooF**kingloot and peons4f**king hire. if u dont like the time it takes to lvl, find a new game, like i did.

You deserve it. Break the EULA and get pwned. I am unhappy because they didn't delete your characters along with it. Ha-ha. Good game.

You got what you deserved. Your fault for choosing an illegal method to gain a lvl 60. So I say Good Job GamePal!

I think it's crap. It's easy to sue them. Why would they risk it for some WoW account while they can make much more money.

I'm not on their side, but I think his story is just bullcrap.
