I wish it was that easy.
A debit/credit means that you may for financial reasons not have money and you use the card. The CC company then pays for you. Eventually, they will bill you and you have to pay them back. This is known as debit. If you don't, then you're credit scores will go down, and people won't want to sell you their items with the CC.
And yes, you have to have a credit card to us PP. I suggest getting a person in your family or somethin' and asking them to use PP for you until you can get a CC legally.
