    Default The Future of Technology?

Over the past century, the world has had a lot of technological advancements. Not only did we improve on many things; we've advanced quite fast. In the early 1940's, people have had the ideas about computers, and when they were developed, they were the size of entire rooms, and could only do very simple things.

From that, we've come to the modern computers, which are constantly getting smaller and smaller, and packing more and more memory. From simple radio's, we've advanced to towering Television sets.

Now, I'm wondering, when do you think this technological boom will stop? what do you think the future of technology will be like? It seems that a lot of people these days are all interested in computers and programming, and with that in mind; the future must be full of greater advancements. Post anything you can about what you think will happen in the future. Will there be flying cars, Virtual Reality machines?

What do you think is going to happen in the future? All discussions about this is welcome. I'd like to hear everyone's opinion about this.

If you go to Japan, some of their doors are high-tech. Its just a metal, but when you go straight in, It'll open depending on your size. Read that in some magazine...

I think we'll never stop. Sure I think we'll solve things like polution and so on cause with better technology that's easy. Game-wise I think we'll have virtual reality machines exactly and soon after release better than the ones in the anime .hack used in the game The World. I also think in the future there will be watches that can do as much as a current $4000 desktop. Honestly I can't wait and considering they said flying cars in the early 2040s the chances of us being dead are slim and as our technology goes up they will get even slimmer.

If people are wondering, the next technology advancement is supposed to be NanoTechnology the reason is because it is currently being worked on and we have micro technology but nano is the next step. If you ever heard of the computer boom (in the 80s and early 90's people worked for liek 5 years and then could retiure, that is how the start of nano is supposed to be)
