A child could even imitate hanging they saw in a movie, or any other stunt.

I wouldn't be so drastic as to condemn the hanging of Saddam (or hanging in general) because a child died imitating it, because there are so many manners inwhich children can accidentally kill themselves. It was really just coincidence that this happened as it did.
