My Review of 2moon
I know im breaching the agreement but who gives, this game deserves the hype, so here goes.
So I downloaded the game and installed it, to my surprise the installation was easey on 1 step, what file u want it in and u press next (I only takes literally 3 minutes to install). I open the game and see the loading screen, the art work is amazing and the slogan (No mercy for the weak, no pity for the dying, no tear for the slain) in just a great add to the game, it just makes the game fell casual and aggressive, not like the ***** stuff all other games are making (no blood and no death). In the log in screen I log in and a box pops up it says [This game if for people 17 and above] or something like that, this is when I really smile, who would know that a game could have such a high rating, go mmo’s are G.
So I go to the character making screen, it confuses me for a bit because I says CHOOSE server with a little NEW box at the front right bottom corner. I take me 3 minutes and I look at the characters, I first ones a dude, a normal looking human, I wonder if I can change the sex and customize it, but I cant. I look at the archer im im like, holy shit that’s hot, the archers wearing tight under ware and a bra. Now I look at the mage, normal mage looking girl, the at the summoner a savage looking guy, the description says he’s a savage but no other mmo makes it look like this, fur for pants no shirt long whit hair and a scar. I look at the, I dunno what, its like a night elf in WoW, so I pick this. Get in the game and get my first qust, this bit is hard and annoying what a waste of time, u have to look on your map and hover your mouse over every little dot I finally find my teacher and I resolve to never do quest again (which I still haven’t, I hate looking on the map) so I finish it and kill some monsters.
As I’m running I feel that this game has the same WoW glow, a dark game but with a bit of a glow, only the characters aren’t as fat, so I go out and attack a monster, I attack it but cant figure out how to use skills, the weapon im using is amazing, no other mmo has it, it a electric whip, the fighting is realistic as u attack you slowly going closer to the mob and u stun them so they cant attack u, but what is realstice, is if u get hit that’s 1/3-1/2 of your hp gone, so u got to put some strategy into hunting. Each of the weak monsters give about 1/10th of your exp bar, and there easy 2 kill, this carries on to about level 5.
so I got there and decide to make a summoner, at the star it cant summon, you have a dagger so I grind my way up to level 7 (In this grind it about 10 min, you can appreciate the skills which look really cool) and I get new skills and a new weapon a duel sword u hold it like a dagger, I killing with my new skills that look really cool, on of them u spin your sword and the other u fire a magic blast, the magic blast is so and takes about 2 seconds for the damage 2 arrive in this time I can use my other skill, I start to take on more power full monsters and get to level 10, where the grind kida starts, you so use to fast leveling that you cant stand leveling at about ½ that rate (so about 20 minutes a level) .
luckily there’s a fishing system which not only gives u food, but u can make money from selling the fish to the npc. The fishing system is hard and complicated and takes a bit of skill to do.
Overall I love this game, the casual swearing of npcs, the blood, the fast pace and the battle system really inspire me. killing monsters in fun, each attack they bleed and no longer are monsters weaker then u with a whole heap of hp and defense. The fishing system is like a casual pass time. i haven’t progressed far in this game, but I can tell its great. All I can offer as suggestions is more customization and lable the quests on the map. This game, in my books, deserves a 9/10
