this is what to do to make it decent.
first take out that darkness and let the brightness of the bckground come out.
next add a yellow or orange photo filter at 100% then apply image.
then new layer>apply>gaussian blur> about 2-4 px> edit> fade gaussian> lighten or overlay or w/e layer pallete works best for you
