Ok so I got a new monitor, it's 20" but the highest resolution it can go to is 800 x 600. When I make stuff in photoshop would that change the pixels or would it look the same to someone who uses a 1024 x 768 resolution? If it does then I might end up doing a dual monitor set up: 1 for TV/PS3, the other for computer.

when you type in 400x200 on your comp for the size of a PS doc it'll look the same throughout for others reguardless of the res.

dunno if i answered your question though
