    i cannot agree more on the buggy part. the strongest enemies in the games are boars ... stupid, simple boars. they have an insane attack speed and stun you with every hit. other than that, major performance issues, very, very incomplete game. they just rushed it even more just to make a launch ...this is only a small reccomendation: do NOT buy gothic III, it is above all, not worth your money. i was supposed to be the 'oblivion' killer, we all knew Jowood is never going to succeed in that ... let alone with the gothic series. why do they keep trying?

    It was trying to compete with oblivion's combat system which was deep,realistic,and fun by doubling the realism turning it into repetitive battles of paralysis. Most of the time you and the opponent stand there getting shocked.
