To cold for school?

In North Dakota, I doubt school will ever be cancelled because of the cold. <_<

One day we had a snow day, but all the snow had melted before 10am... The thing is, it snowed, then rained right after. So we had like 1/2 in and no time to play in it.

My school hasn't had a snow day ever >.<
it was freezing cold today we had to stay inside the whole day,
And i asked " Why doesn't the school ever close?"
Teachers replies well its not a snow day its a cold day, meaning you get to school bundle up and we keep you inside. It sucks, Just wanna have one day off school

Tomorrow's temperatures for my area are at that at the start of school, its estimated that it will be -4 to -5 celsius which will become around 3 celsius toward the end of the school day.

Past two days here schools have been closed due too sub-zero temperatures, there was also a snow-day for the first time in six years.
