Japanese games don't require a KSSN,since KSSN is korean social security number(sorry for wrong spelling).

well MOST korean games u need KSSN and if u ask for one its illagal

Well,you can sign up for netgame whitout a KSSN,if you say that you're less than 14 years old,but I think you can't play all the games.
