Reputation: 10No.... get on topic , im going to go run 3 miles in 15 minutes and tired as hell just had a 2 1/2 hour wrestling practice
Reputation: 10I have a very wierd physique , i'm like skinny but I have all mussel , but it isn't like bulging mussel.
this may not be healthy, but do not drink anything tuesday or wednsday.
And if you need to lose weight within 3 days your best option is to starve or eat tofu. Im not lying either... its not healthy, but 5 pounds in water weight should rid fast. Dont strain to much running, because then you build muscle. Take a loooong less strenuous run. If you are extreamly desperate, do not drink anything from now until wednsday.
Also- if you have to wrestle that day, i highly advise you not to take any of this advice. Also becareful of passing out. You may think thats a whimpy thing, but with your body weight and no extra fluids+ no food will take a great toll on your body.
There is no healthy way to lose that kind of weight in such a short spawn of time. You could try what Ganix said, but I would rather be beat up by a bigger kid than to screw up my body.
check out some wresteling sites, they probably have some info on it, since they are always going on crash diets to get in the wresteling class they want.

I'm not too familiar with wrestling but you can gain the weight back once your in that class right? If so just go with what Ganix said and dont push yourself too hard. If not I guess your screwed because I doubt you could keep that weight off for long.
Reputation: 10Its just temporary , we all go to macdonalds after our weight class is weighed in , the tournament is Saturday, I need to do good here to go to provincials , and then nationals !
In the 58kg weightclass theres 2 grade 10s and 2 grade 11's so i'm not too keen to stay in that class.
I'm just not gonna eat tuesday or wednesday
lol mc donalds.. well that will fix the anerexia you had for 2 and a half days.

Reputation: 71Don't run, builds muscle. Just skip lunch and if you can, breakfast. Don't eat that big of a dinner. Just enough to fill you up. I been trying to save money so I only eat dinner and I've been losing weight like crazy. I'll have to start eating breakfast cuz I think I'm going to do track.
