    No.... get on topic , im going to go run 3 miles in 15 minutes and tired as hell just had a 2 1/2 hour wrestling practice

    Don't run, builds muscle. Just skip lunch and if you can, breakfast. Don't eat that big of a dinner. Just enough to fill you up. I been trying to save money so I only eat dinner and I've been losing weight like crazy. I'll have to start eating breakfast cuz I think I'm going to do track.
