As for how to get the videos to work, simply take the link that is given, not the whole tag, and insert those into the youtube video tags.

The reason why they dont work is first of all... dont post the entire freaking HTML code to embed and object. Second of all you need the link to the actual youtube page, linking to the flash object doesnt do crap.
