It was staged, no one has reactions like that. He didn't flinch, he just went right in for the punch. A normal persons reflex you'd see them tense up or jump and then lunge. The AFV one was reflex because it was right in front of him and you could see him jump but he arm went forward. This kid just turned around and swung.

I know of a friend that does that too. We went to a haunted house (for Halloween) and while we went through, this guy popped up to scare us and my friend reacted to him by punching him. We got kicked out afterwards. >.<;
