in the e-mail when you get your username and pass it says [GEMAIL] is that my username or something ? cause i got 2 keys both with [GEMAIL] but they have diffrent passwords:3

Well it couldmean like GEMAIL meaning like If your email was lolol@asa.com maybe your account name would be lolol. I'm not sure though thatsthe only thing i could think of.

you account name and password should be like a bunch of letters and numbers like this:
Username: 0bg31f
Password: 53gdd3
somthing like that.....thats just made up so dont try it lol

mostly its gexx123 or ge123 or gemy123. then the password is something like...hm...eh5879ae...something like that. If the details isn't that clear, send another email.
