Trying to remember a game...

It was in development, and had 3 letters..called APD or something like that. And it looked like it was kindof like GTA because I think you could be a Criminal or a Police guy.(No it isnt San Andreas multiplayer..)
I found out about it last year, and wanted to visit the site again to see if there were any updates.
Well I forgot the site.

The site says 2008,and since they wil make a XBOX 360 version,I guess it'll be B2P or B2P and then P2P.
