On-Topic: Yes, I lift, especially more so seeing as it's so cold outside and I can't run like I want to.![]()
-I usually stick to reppin 165 on the bench maybe 15 times with 5 sets.
-In terms of curls, I stick to 100lbs, 10 times, 3 sets.
-Inside benchpress works triceps - I try to keep that at about 75% of my benchpress and to an equal amount of reps.
The majority of my workout comes from other personal things I do including martial arts - (Works way better than sticking inside of a gym for countless hours btw).
