    On-Topic: Yes, I lift, especially more so seeing as it's so cold outside and I can't run like I want to.

    -I usually stick to reppin 165 on the bench maybe 15 times with 5 sets.
    -In terms of curls, I stick to 100lbs, 10 times, 3 sets.
    -Inside benchpress works triceps - I try to keep that at about 75% of my benchpress and to an equal amount of reps.


    The majority of my workout comes from other personal things I do including martial arts - (Works way better than sticking inside of a gym for countless hours btw).

    He didn't have to give as much information as you wished him to, and you could easily ignore a thread you dislike. If you really wanted to know how much he bench pressed, you could've asked that instead of asking if he wanted a cookie.

    My cousin is an extrordinary athlete, and hes being train to lift 2xs his own weight.

    Well we could, but I am 5' 10" and only weight 140lbs.... 20lbs under the normal weight for my size. But yeah I do that a large portion of the time, but then again thats because its the only way I can communicate w/ my girl.

    I only lift weights when it is required in Gym class otherwise I play basketball as my recreational activity

    I think I can only lift like 1/2 to 3/4 my weight, 143lb at 5' 4".
