it says "the program is not installed. please download and install the program."

oooohhhhh right, haha, OH YEAH but then i remember last time i tried to download it, but then it says like the directory is invalid or something weird like that, and it went downhill from there.
umm guys another help please, its kinda frustrating, here it is
