    It is web-based ...

    As you can see, the first server started on August 11 2006 ... So this game is kinda new I guess~ currently "playing" it now ... just starte yesterday. Quests requires you to wait around 8 hours for the ones with good returns ... and you can't do anything in the meantime, lol.
