Anyway, nice. One of your better color schemes. I like the flow.
I did not like that same damn text again. It could have been better with a bold, noticeable and cheery font.
I also felt as though you should have worked from his red jacket into a red style, but the blue looks ok. I just think a blueish render would have gone more nicely.

This is a cool style, it totally reminds me of Noxbailes sigs, I like this style a lot more than the style of your 300 sig and your current sig.
I can't really give you any advice cause the vocab I'm thinking of is too hard to explain and for me to say, but when I do art I like to have inspiration images and maybe using Noxbailes sig as inspiration could help.

Lol dude thats Ed from FMA. Hate the anime. >.< Anyway, I love it regardless. The colors are nice. The richness of it all really shows up because the background is so simple. Makes you focus more on the color scheme and the effects on/around the render. I think the left side is a tad too bright, but that may just be me and my monitor turned up to full brightness/contrast. Lol. 9/10

Way better than your last one, but however, the effects are lacking at the left. You may rebut my comment with the comment "OMFG THAT'S NEG SPACE LOL". I will say that the imbalance of the left and right is too great.
Really nice effects on the right, i wub them all especially the colours.

Great comments guys thanks, *sig of relief* I completely went wacky and left all my boundaries behind, its like crossing the mexican border into america. Right.. shouldnt of said that. Anyway, wierd enough, I made a version with red instead of blue, it didnt look good at all.

Hm.. is that suppose be to sarcastic? cuz i mean like the sig is very good but as i read the title "NARUTO" ( MY FAV ANIME) i thought it would actually be NARUTO but it turned out to be FMA... so kinda disappointing.. But overall the sig is very good itself.
