1: Protip: Linking to /b/ is POINTLESS. A topic's average life on there is about 15-20 min. Only the really good ones last a long time.
2: From what is being said about it, I'm assuming it is "I AM A HUGE ******. PLEASE **** MY FACE." that you are talking about. There is a good explanation about it. See, today was 22222222 GET(ie: the 22222222th post on /b/). This post happened to be of a fat ugly chick with the words "FATGET"
The mods banned that user and word-filtered "FATGET" into "I AM A HUGE ******. PLEASE **** MY FACE.", bringing hope to a much needed W.T.Snacks revolution, but I assume that it won't happen
There is no such thing as "BBC" code on 4chan. There is the spoiler in some boards, and then there are word filters which aren't actully told to anyone, they are just put in by the staff and everyone just stumbles upon it. When they find a new one they go crazy and spam it.
