I have been quite busy lately and have not been able to put as much time into the site as I would like. In the next few weeks I will be working on growing some sort of member base, and narrow my scope on what I want to give back to people who joing my site.

What I think I am going to end up focusing on is wallpapers. Reviews are ok, blogs are meh, and everything else I don't need! Wallpapers are always cool, and it's even better when the wallpapers come from your own members! So thats what I'll be promoting the next few weeks I suppose.

I will also be messing around with the forum and limiting it's scope as well because it seems a little broad too. I just really need to focus on one thing

First of all I didn't know Marc was going to do this so it's not really shameless promotion on my part...

Infact I was talking to a friend about almost closing the site because I didn't have the time for it. He linked me to this thread and I lol'ed. I guess I will keep working on the site till I feel there is nohing more I can do.

I wanted to do direct downloads, but the webmaster has issues with that so thats out Reviews... well reviews are boring! So I want something exciting and something that the members of the site can be involved in. This is why I want to bring the focus of the site onto the wallpapers! Wallpapers are always great...

I will, if I ever get a chance, create a mediawiki for anicraft as well.I will only attempt that if my userbase gets to an acceptable level... if it gets there.

Just out of curiousity... any tips on web promotion you guys?

ALSO! Anyone in the graphics department care to make some wallpapers for Anicraft to start out with?
