Default Suffering from Headache (How to cure?)

    So heres my story-

5 days ago from today (Friday), which is last Sunday 11th of March, unknowingly and unexpectedly, I got some minor headache which than I ignored because it didn't hurt much, 2days later- My headache became more severe, but yet I still ignored it since it did not bring big discomfort to me and thought it would probably go off tommorow or something, bad prediction, about 1day after Tuesday, which is Wednesday- I could feel intense pain in the head and neck, so basically it just got even worse instead of curing up, so I took a panadol and went out with some friends still ignoring the headache, Thursday- I couldnt sleep because of headache, waited for Friday.. Friday- when I woke up I vomited what I ate on Thursday's morning, from there, I could feel severe and intense pain on the head and neck that I could'nt walk, refuses to eat and somewhat, is literally waiting to die, thought so at least, so I went to have another pill of panadol and have a shower than I went to sleep, 2 hours later I woke up with EVEN MORE PAINFUL headache, so I told myself "thats it, screw it" and started hitting my head on the keyboard, and you know what? It actually cured my headache.. but Its coming back and its coming back fast, I doubt this headache will ever recover, so by chance I'm posting this here, maybe someone here have a good advice on curing this headache, heres some stuff that I have besides headache..

    ..in no particular order
    Upset Stomach
    Skipping Meals
    Regular Coughing
    Blocked Nose
    Fever (come and go)
Sensitivity to Wind (I dont know why)
    Sensitivity to Music/sound
Blurred Vision (when I move my head suddenely)
    Vomit
    Going Insane
    Hiccups (a bit)
    Can't sleep
    Inactivity

Thats all I should be suffering from now, and panadol doesnt really help, It only help in half of what I'm actually suffering, dont have much energy left and I'm probably going to kill myself because of the pain..

MAKE IT STOP!!! MAKE IT STOPPP!!!!!!!!11!1!11!

Man, just go to the doctor. Unless your one of those people who don't go unless your dying which, in this case, it looks like you are. :P You should've gone as soon as you started vomiting.

I honestly think rolling on the floor laughing is not good in your state, you should just sit there and close your eyes, meditate.

Seriousy dude, go to the doctor. That sounds serious. Really serious. My brother got something like that from a kidney infection, except for the vision bits.

I'll try, if tommorow I don't respond than I'm already dead- If I do than I'm probably still dying from this or already cured.

Sounds like a tension headache. Its commonly mistaken as an imflammation of the cerebral membrane (typical headache), but it is actually a tight and tense spasm of the muscles around your head and neck. This can also effect your shoulders.

If you know someone who has a medicine called Imitrex, it works well. Other than that, you will have to find a painkiller specified for tension headaches. Another way to cure this and resolve it for a LONG period of time is to go to a chiropractor and ask them to adjust/align/crack your axial and axis vertebrea (the top two vertebreas that the head rests and rotates on). This area is where the muscles surrounding your skull mostly connect to.

And yes, a tension headache can cause those symptoms and much more. I get them quite often. I keep a bottle of Imitrex near me at all times. Before that, I was eating 4 800mg Ibuprofen 6 times, daily. Which is not good for your kidneys.

Please read about the symptoms of a tensions headache.

ATM, the only loser is the one who isnt opened to advise.

You can also find Advil that is specified for tension headaches. Its, basically Advil with flexoril added to it.

You can look up these names online. You will see that I am fairly close to what they are to do.

Caution: Flexoril may cause you to feel drowsy.

The clinic is your best shot. Some checkups, medicines, etc etc and you'll be fine...just dont be...uh...too "move-y". If you can't go to the doctor/clinic, then just lay back, relax...sorry that's all I know...

well if cyber7chick's imitrix wont work, go to the doctor. Our familys close friend had head ache for a week, and then went to the doctor, fount out that he had brain cancer. He died. And when you get headache and it wont go away in one night you should get imitrix and stuff, dont just wait.

Do you have any rashes on your body? Are you also sensitive to bright lights as well as sounds? Because if thats true then in all seriousness you could have meningitis. Its extremely common amongst the young and the old.

but 9 times out of 10 those symptoms could be attributed to anything from glandular fever to a bad case of the flu or even a common cold. Nothing to be worried over but I am mystified as to why you would put your health in our hands rather than go to see a trained medical expert.

You could at least ask.com or google your symptoms. My friend did that once and was convinced he was going to die of a heart attack and went and got 6 blood tests.
