Lol, whats with all the Tales of Pirates threads popping up now. Tales of Pirates is PKO, just different territory. If you are unaware, PKO is not International, it is for the SE Asia area but they just let everyone join. Now that TOP is out, they could possibly block ips? maybe...I don't know how they work, but the other side of it is that for NA people, we could get less lag. That's it. Same game, different company, different area.
