It's obvious that anything you upload will have to be uncopyright protected. This is going to become a haven for Sony calling the cops when people break the copyright of Grey's Anatomy the day it comes out and uploads it onto their Home. Also, I don't think there'll be a file size limitation because the people uploading it, will probably be using your bandwith. I don't think Sony has the bandwith to support downloads from a billion + people.
Oh and how does Sony fail? Because they're not going to limit what people put in their home. I think it's a good thing. It's not like cheating on a MMORPG. I think that MMORPGs should have no moderation of chat because like most online games, you can swear up a storm and what not. It's going to be like that, with pictures. Now with this porn, they'll have to add a feature that asks are you 18 years or older so that the person can view the movie or it already has your age in the profile.
