2war registration problem :/

I have problem because i cant register in game website ( http://2war.freechal.com/ ) i write there KSSN and NAME when i click this button show me words in table (red table on screen) i dont know whats wrong.I have 20 years old i dont know which button is 14 years or older.
Sory but my english is not good :P
You can create registration guide for this game PLZ.
i have one question this game is FREE TO PLAY ??
