Well, I've only ever used 2 names:
Tyuchi (For 4 Korean MMOs I used to play)
AtomSlap (Everything else).
About 2-3 years ago, I had a great fascination with Atoms, Nuclear actovity, Nuclear weapons etc. And also, a fascination with getting out of the bath, and slapping my..*uhum* free-hand.
Hence, AtomSlap.

I most often use a differnt game name than my forum names.
My forum name is most often a variation of my name. If the variation that I use are taken, then the next thing is Snakeman27609 because well, I love snakes.
As for my game names, I got two that I use.
Canti
Your Penis
The first one I use because I more or less adore Canti from FLCL.
Your Penis came to being during a LAN late one evening(or early one morning, depending on how you look at it). Was playing Counter Strike and I was just changing my name around seeing which one I got the most shits and giggles out of.
I landed on that one. I mean, think if it. Either you killed your penis, or your penis killed you. Either way you're screwed.

No real reason, my name tends to be 'Cingal' or something rather generic.
Cingal - Used for any class, always human race, always blond hair and blue eyes, if possible. Was made some years ago, on the FFXI name generator.
Dijon - Used for opposite class of Cingal, normally used when I use then name Cingal and want to make a new character.... Always black haired, usually green eyed. Randomly made up once, Yes, I know it's a town in France before anyone says anything.
Other than that I use generic names which I make up on the spot...
Yeah, I know it's quite sad for IGNs to have specific apperances....

Slade is the real name of a villian in DC comics called Deathstroke. The guy is a master tactician, and pretty much took out all of the Justice league with ease. And Slade sounds cool anyways :P.
Kryn is abbreviated from Kryndon which is like an assasins guild (forget from where.)
Xodiac is Zodiac but with an X instead
and Xanark is abbreviation of Xanarkand from Final Fantasy X.

Hmm... My forum name. Well, I was just thinking that I needed a name that sounded unique and original, and so I came up with Kunrian. Other names I use are Meharu, Ariaku, and Athenos are just random names I came up with. I think Ariaku and athenos were from two other people, with names kind of like these, I just changed a couple of things in the names.
And, ChiseledCactus, My Xboxlive name, was just from a random name generator.
